<p>When I joined Risdall Advertising in 1994, we had 15 employees and 15 million in<br />billings. As at 2010, we now have 75 employees and billings at 150 million.This is <br />a very innovative shop, working in all mediums, with all sizes of clients. We are <br />now no. 6 in the twin cities, and no. 1 in interactive. My competencies include: <br />working and supervising projects in every conceivable medium from trade show <br />booths and stationary to television production and web design. I supervise by <br />example, hiring senior experienced people and young aggressive talent.</p>
<p>During my tenure, the agency has expanded not only in size but in abilities.<br />My most important role as creative director is to strategize on behalf of our <br />clients,to give an overall &ldquo;vision&rdquo; to the work at hand, to ensure that what <br />we do willmake a difference to their bottom line, and to their brand longevity. <br />I apply lessons that I&rsquo;ve learned from working with multinational marketing <br />experts like United Airlines and Lever Brothers to even our smallest clients, <br />because the process is the same for all. We have created our own unique <br />corporate culture, and are not beholden to an anonymous holding company. <br />There is an entreprenurial spirit alive here, which is not only key to our <br />success, but to myself personally as well.<br /><br />FUTURE:<br /><br />My new Supplemental career is to launch DOKDOC.COM and make it a venue <br />for projects I can manage on my own.
